Edgar Gonzalez, 40, also known as Felix Baez Soto, the occupant of the apartment where the drug was found, is to be arraigned today in Dorchester District Court, District Attorney Daniel F. Conley's office said in a statement. District attorney's spokesman Jake Wark said that police were executing a warrant at 32 Wilcock early Wednesday morning when a man who apparently lived on the third floor ran from the building and was apprehended. The door to the third-floor apartment was left open and police, fearing violence or foul play inside, conducted a "protective sweep," he said.
