So The Survivor 2299 is back online now. For those of you who don't know about it, back in 2013 a mysterious site popped up known as thesurvivor2299. It was supposedly an ARG for Fallout 4, but when the time came it actually turned out to be a hoax. Supposedly the guy was actually going to make a mod and wanted to use the TS2299 hoax to promote it, but in the end he stopped too early.
Now it's back with a message. If I'm not mistaken this was one of the messages that was already released back in 2013.
What do you think? Is this the release of the supposed mod? Is this just a guy being an attention whore? Or maybe someone else is just trolling us. Who knows?
I thought this was proven not to be real, or atleast not a fallout 4 arg.
Eh, not getting my hopes up but maybe, just maybe, Bethesda is involved. I doubt it though.

I liked that fake "propheteer" site, I wish it stayed up just because it was neat.

He probably put this up again because E3 is next month.
Apparently the guy who actually started the TS2299 thing claims that he didn't put this up, but he's also a well known liar.
To dispel any illusion that this might be real or relevant:
1. This still has a tag in the website's description dating back to late of 2013:

2. This still contains code from the ORIGINAL fake countdown

3. The code they're using is the exact same from a year ago, a reverse-keyed Vigenere cipher using the code "Vault Tec". For those of you curious to what it says:

Probably started it up again to get people hyped for the E3 thing. He doesn't know if it'll actually happen, but he's probably hoping.
Was the site previously took down by ZeniMax or Bethesda with copyright claims?
