iTunes cannot read the contents of your iPhone

Hi, My mom recently got an Iphone 4 and asked me to transfer some of her old Mp3's to it. I used CopyTrans to drag her mp3s onto her phone. But after I did it whenever I try to sync her phone to iTunes it gives me this error "iTunes cannot read the contents of your iPhone" It asks me to restore the phone, But she doesn't want to lose all her music, contacts and photos

Anyone know what I can do to fix this? My iPhone 3gs works just fine when I try to sync it to itunes :/

Why didn't you just use iTunes to add the MP3's?

Your fault you should have used itunes you have to restore it.
