I've purchased my PC about a year ago (in June).
It was working great since then and I could play any game on max. settings.. but recently, I've decided to play GTA 4 and noticed some performance loss when looking in the distance, I was surprised that GTA 4 performs worse than Crisis 3.
Anyways, here are my specs, I was even considering that my mobo might be 'limiting' the rest of my computer.

CPU: AMD FX-8350
GPU: Radeon Gigabyte Ed. HD7970
PSU: Corsair 650W TX
RAM: Corsair Vengeance (4GB x 2) [8 GB, 1600 MHz]

It's because GTA 4 is [B]horribly[/B] optimized. It's known to have quite a few issues, even on computers that can normally play on max settings.
