The old Scrubbing Man signifies his "baby" voice and treatment that affects him.
Bee-face signifies corporate bees wracking his head.
The old Woman with the dead baby signifies his childhood being dead because of not being properly nurtured.
Lastly, The Faceless man is him being stripped of his individuality and being turned into a stereotypical hated popstar.
