Okay, okay. Here, let's break it down.

First off, we have to analyze the video. We have a man, a jet ski, water and darkness. The man who is riding the jet ski appears to be DJ Khaled (the greatest DJ of our time). Now, he seems to be aimlessly driving around in the dark. From this along with the statements he makes while doing this along with the title of the video/thread we can make the connection that this guy is lost, and can't find his way home.

But now you might ask, what is so funny about a guy on a jet ski driving around in the middle of the night recording small segments of himself which he then uploads to his "story" on snapchat? To answer this question, we have to understand a little about what comedy is in the first place. Let's start with what comedy isn't. It is not science, it's art. Art has no rules and is often very subjective. Why this might be funny to me, might not explain why it is funny to somebody else. I find the idea of this man known for his rather crazy antics driving around at fucking 1 am in complete darkness pretty funny due to the sheer bizarreness of the situation.
