Baby boy saved from womb after Syria regime air strike

The amateur video was released by militants in the city of Raqa in northeastern Syria.
“This baby’s mother was wounded in the belly, and we had to remove him. He was hit in the head by shrapnel, and the doctors are trying to save him,” said a commentary accompanying the footage.
It is understood the infant’s mother also survived the shelling, but 12 others – including five children – are said to have died.
Raqa city is held by Islamic State (IS) jihadist fighters – the same organisation currently making significant incursions into northern Iraq.[/QUOTE]
