The semi-serious war of words between Black Keys drummer Patrick Carney and Justin Bieber has heated up on Twitter, with countless fans of the pop star directing their white-hot outrage at Carney via tweet. To recap, this mini-nano-controversy began when a TMZ reporter cornered Carney after the Grammys and asked the drummer, for reasons that remain unclear, about Bieber's exclusion from the awards. Carney's response: "I dunno, he's rich, right? Grammys are for, like, music, not for money. . . . He's making a lot of money. He should be happy."
the black keys drummer should be slapped around haha
even though i don't know who it is, this has pissed me off so hard.
oh boy, unnecessary drama between two bad artists.
The Black keys are not a bad group, they're the ones who brought back Blues Rock
Ahh Talent vs Image Are bieber fans seriously going to attack a blues rock/ garage rock drummer? Good luck with that. Black keys worked for their fame damn hard, Beiber got lucky. He didn't have to play dive bars carrying your own gear pretty much paying the venues instead of being paid. He didn't have to use old outdated equipment and resist going commercial. [editline]14th February 2013[/editline]
oh boy, unnecessary drama between two bad artists.
Something tells me you never listened to the black keys.
oh boy, unnecessary drama between two bad artists.
The Black Keys are one of the main reasons I still have hope for good music.
oh boy, unnecessary drama between two bad artists.
The Black Keys, not The Black Eyes Pass.
One reason why i do love the black keys is that they still play dive bars and small venues.
I just don't care for the Black Keys. They never did anything for me. I admit it was probably out of line to call them bad artists, but I don't care for them. My bad.
