It only resets kill death, score per minute, win loss, and accuracy. Rank, kills, etc. all stay the same

Meh I'd say there is a difference between players who have spend 700 hours ingame and those who've played for 30 minutes. With exceptions of course.

I'd be fine with saying the skill level is about the same from colonel 1-100
