He said he did not take the picture.

You can often just use sights as binoculars doesn't actually mean you are going to shoot what you're looking at, but yeah you can tell what this guy was getting at with these pictures.
What a disgusting choice of filter, then again this is instagram. One year in prison for shitty filter use.. minimum.
