At least 11 activists were detained on Moscow’s Red Square on Friday as they were reading Russia’s constitution out loud, a group that monitors protest activity said.
OVD-Info, a website that tracks the detention of activists, said among the activists detained was Ildar Dadin, the first and only person in Russia to have served prison time for contravening a tough law clamping down on protests in the country.
The activists were taken to a nearby police station, OVD-Info said. It remains unclear whether they could face charges.
What else is new? This is probably one of Trump's next orders.

what
What else is new? This is probably one of Trump's next orders.
That would be an enormous breach of constitutional law and would be seen as tyrannical by any and all American citizens. The backlash would be tremendous, and he would be immediately impeached and then imprisoned for his acts.
Which he wouldn't do because he's not Putin.
you can literally get arrested for reading in russia now?

Maybe the charge is leaking government documents.

Okay that's just a dumb almost retarded statement. We get it you don't like Trump but this isn't even about him so why make that statement

Trump would write an executive order against reading the Russian constitution out loud in public?
Novaya Gazeta says that they were detained because their demonstration took place too close to the President's residence on the Red Square.

Poor Putin, he could've heard the obscenities that are written in our Constitution. For example, the part where he can't be president for more than two consecutive terms. I hope they're charged and imprisoned for their terrorism, the bastards.

But see, it's OK because they rewrote that part of the Constitution :^)
And they will keep fucking rewriting it until his brains turn to liquid. "Who, if not Putin" seems to be too strong of an opinion in gen pop

No they didn't and it pisses me the fuck off. It's still there, the constitutional court just decided to overrule its own description of the article to bastardize it. It's more like "here, see, it doesn't mean what you think it means, it actually means almost a complete opposite of that because putin lol".
