Alright, I know there's probably gonna be lots of trolls, oh well.
So it is as the title says, if I wanted to create a game company where would I start, don't say crap like registering at my own state, I'll do that eventually, but where's a good website to look for partners and stuff? Also, free engines? I looked on Wikipedia here:

I got several friends and I'd like to know where to start. I'm planning to check out Adventure Game Studio, since it's free and all that good stuff and the graphics seem okay:

since that game was made using it.
EDIT: Now deciding between UDK, 3DRad, and Unity3D, which one do yall recommend for a game like gta and saints row?
