Trump fails when it's not all bluster. When the actual focus is around policies, he loses all his wind.
Yeah looks like Trump is losing momentum. You could see that at the 11th debate too.
Cruz and Rubio have found his weakest point. He has strong policies but he doesn't have any concrete ways to implement those.
He relies too much on his "I'm a bussinessman, I know how to negotiate" schtik.
