Buying a discontinued monitor (Samsung 2343BWX). Please help.

I think it's amazing. The resolution is perfect for multitasking and even gaming. I want another one of these because my current 17inch second monitor is dieing. The above two links are the only ones that have them. Every where else it's discontinued or sold out. So please help me out, I've never bought anything used before. Should I buy it or not?
