Two PCs using wired connection display the error "No valid IP configuration".

Hello to anyone interested enough to read this,
I've been having a recent problem where the NIC on both PCs will lose connection and display the message "No valid IP configuration" they both use MSI gaming mobos with the Killer E2200 network adapter and after many tries in reinstalling the drivers for it (including using the alternative Atheros 8161 drivers) the error simply won't resolve itself. In the steps where I deleted my drivers, I also went through the registry and deleted every single appearance of the Killer Network Adapter.
It's important for me to note that I still get a Wifi connection on wireless devices and that I have rebooted my router and modem many times, plugging and unplugging the wires each time as well. Other steps I've taken is disabling and enabling the adapter itself in the network options and unchecking and checking the IPV4 and IPV6 check boxes.
So far I've run out of options, if you have anything else that comes to mind, please tell me ITT.
Yeah I'd wish MSI went away with their Killer bullshit NIC. Got to be the worst drivers/software ever.
What happens if you manually set the IP address? (Remember not to set a static IP in the DHCP range)
