What happens when you add brutality and fatalities to Doom 2?

Blow up their heads, their upper body and when you got a Berserk power up. Give them no mercy with your bare hands! But if you are almost near to death but be wary that at near death the monsters also will finish you off!

God I hate doom mods where they make it so you have to look up and down, and jump. It just doesn't...feel right. Brutal doom is pretty good though.
