I wouldn't say they sound like shit, but I definitely would prefer the old sounds of the V10s I think mainly because that's the sound I associate most with F1 as it was the sound the cars made when I was younger, when I was going to my first races etc

I've just finished watching the race and it was a brilliant race, bar 1 or 2 races last year and the last couple of races this year I've been completely uninterested in F1 because of the Mercedes domination
[sp]So it was nice to see a change today[/sp]

One of the best races I've seen this year, completely unpredictable all the way through.
Glad to see McLaren up in the points too, rewarding Alonso's dedication yesterday

I found they grew on me very quickly, no complaints at all
It felt incredibly odd not seeing Mercedes on the podium. But at the same time I very much enjoyed it. Also, Max Verstappen did great actually. Young driver, got all the way from 14th position after a pitstop to 4th. Bringing home more points for Torro Rosso. Also Daniel Kvyat. Damn, they got it on lock.
Also, didn't this happen to Barichello as well (wing disconnected) but at the rear? Exact same course, same spot.

Also the tribute for Jules Bianchi was very nice to see. Heartwarming really.

Get used to it, F1 is going full circle with their engines.
Wouldn't mind having high powered 4cyl turbos again. I know it'll probably not happen, but seeing the boost cranked up all the way during qualifying sessions was great. 1450+ horsepower, special tyres. The real deal.

I swear Alonso has the worst luck with it's cars, whether it's renault, ferrari, or mclaren.

McLaren does seem to be getting there though.
Raikkonen appears to have had a string of bad luck this season.
