I've witnessed far more bigotry and racism while living in Michigan than I have living here in rural Mississippi.

Considering they say "its about bestiality", but its not acceptable to remove mankind from the bill wording and just leave it at animals, I'd imagine so.
They literally hid it in a bill that was banning animal cruelty. So repealing it also would legalize dog fights and stuff. This is so fucked up.
