Seen it before, think it's been posted before. Anyway, it looks kinda cool. I hope it works like it should.
Wonder what the price is going to be. Dear.......I'm Guessing
I like the butterflies. :downs:
Wonder what the price is going to be. Dear.......I'm Guessing
Around 2,500 dollars apparently.
Just joking, It's pretty cool
Nice commercial. Now show the thing in reality.
BROKE MY AUTO MERGE! /caps [editline]07:45AM[/editline] Did it again!
Around 2,500 dollars apparently.
Bullocks
It wont work like it does in the ad, it uses shutter glasses. You can see the flicker and the effect only works if youre within 5 feet of the screen. It was still pretty cool though, and it can only get better

Emphasizing it.
It costs $400,000 to watch this television...for 12 seconds...
Woah! Holy Jesus that is expensive, i'll just stick with my £500 35" LCD 1080p
Am I the only one not wanting 3D? Also, what is so special with this TV that makes it cost 7000$? Aren't the requirements only 120Hz (and the right software/hardware, which doesn't cost that much)?

You're paying out of your ass for the word "3D" Simple as that
The human brain isn't calculated to process so much information for long periods of times. Hench migraines and other effects kick in when watching 3D for too long.
I've seen that commercial like six billion times on tv by now.
I'm gonna have to buy hundreds of these fuckers to actually see shit? Fuck that.

Whats so impressive about this one is it doesn't need glasses.

The headache is probably because of the odd focusing involved with watching 3D, ie focus on the display, but see a different depth. Also, probably eye distance.
Actually the ones that run at 120Hz require polarizing glasses to watch in 3D. Whats so impressive about this one is it doesn't need glasses.
But it does
We should focus on exploring 1D instead of 3D How exciting!
I like how they put adds on, about better tv's with "crystal clear images" and whatnot, which you will see on your old tv, so you won't notice any difference :3:
Wonder what the price is going to be. Dear.......I'm Guessing
nine hundred and nintey nine... THOUSAND US dollars.
Don't be so fooled by the advert, you should see the making of it; http://www.youtube.com/samsung3d
Do not want. if it didn't need any glasses or anything at all it would be fine. But they use shitty overpriced shutter glasses which completely destroy the effect when you try to get comfortable (anything than sitting straight) it completely destroys the effect. And it's just a shitty overpriced gimmick that avatar started. which the technology was used quite nicely in.
