Hi my computer isnt booting up and nothing is coming on, on my monitor. Also my fan is extremely loud when i turn on my computer. Could someone please help me find out what is wrong, Or what parts need to be replaced?

No there are no beeps and i wouldnt be able to tell as nothing comes up on the monitor

Yeah, I was more thinking if your motherboard had one of these little things:

Does your processor have an integrated GPU? If so, remove your graphics card, connect your monitor to the video port on your motherboard.
If it works: Your graphics card or your PCI-E slot is malfunctioning.
If not:
Remove all RAM modules, and try them one at a time.
If it doesn't work with any of the RAM modules either, I'd say there's a fairly big chance your motherboard's died.

Well no, your motherboard most probably doesn't have one of those. :v:
Some higher-end boards have a little "display" like that which shows the status-codes visually, rather than indicating them with beeps.

So how would I connect the monitor to video port?
The part with your cooler is loud, have you tried vaccum cleaning it?, cause it might be filled with dust, which make it not cool as good, which make it run at higher RPM

Look on the backside of the case, where you connect your ethernet cable, etc.
Do you see one of these connectors?
