The pair went to nearby Bedford Square where Foley, of Dartford, Kent, killed the 26-year-old Algerian man. Foley, who said the victim had attacked him and tried to steal his Rolex watch, was found guilty of manslaughter and jailed for three-and-a-half years. Jurors cleared him of murder. Recently engaged Sentencing, Judge Christopher Moss said: "Although you were entitled to defend yourself against attack, what you in fact did went beyond reasonable self defence. "You summoned no assistance. You left him for dead." The court heard Foley met his victim after slipping away from a group of friends at the Spearmint Rhino lapdancing club in central London. He admitted engaging in sexual activity with Mr Bouchareb but told jurors he had never had a homosexual experience before. Foley, who had recently got engaged to his girlfriend, used his black scarf to strangle his victim after he claimed he was attacked for his watch. He then rejoined his friends at the club. Mr Bouchareb's body was found the next morning.
Wasn't he just a breath of fresh air. All I could think of...
Damn that's pretty gay.
The fuck?!
Just to note, at least the other guy was bisexual.
Foley, who had recently got engaged to his girlfriend,

Just to note, at least the other guy was bisexual.
Meh, just a cover. I have nothing against gays, but I was just saying...
Just to note, at least the other guy was bisexual.
what's your point?
That sure was a breath-taking experience for him... I mean, having a homosexual experience for the first time :gay:
what's your point?
When it comes to breathing, I guess he can't go both ways.
That sure was a breath-taking experience for him... I mean, having a homosexual experience for the first time :gay:
Dammit! That's what I was trying to say!
what's your point?
There's going to be a kazillion gay jokes, but at least the other half of the relationship also likes pootang.
There's going to be a kazillion gay jokes, but at least the other half of the relationship also likes pootang.
So he says...
Dammit! That's what I was trying to say!
Pun ninjas are everywhere, man... gotta watch out :ninja:
I actually can't help it, but I'm not feeling sad for neither of the parts. It just seems like something that just "happened". I mean, it's sad that the guy died, but I really do not feel that sorry for him. Weird, because normally, I cry for gay men.
That sure was a breath-taking experience for him... I mean, having a homosexual experience for the first time :gay:
and last time
Homosex is best sex, he died the manliest way.
It's a damn shame that whenever someone has a protest for LGBT rights, it gets swept under the rug. But if a gay man murders another gay man, the news gets all over and jizz their pants because now they can prove that, "HOMOSEXUAL HAS VIOLUNT RELASHUNSHIPZ HURR."
Meh, just a cover. I have nothing against gays, but I was just saying...
Robbing fags is a time honored tradition among two bit crooks, as gay people are statistically less likely to go to the police.
Foley (...) used his black scarf to strangle his victim
Heh, his "black scarf"... his black meat scarf :v:
Heh, his "black scarf"... his black meat scarf :v:
Just because you italicize it, doesn't make it funny.
Just because you italicize it, doesn't make it funny.
Sure it does
It's a damn shame that whenever someone has a protest for LGBT rights, it gets swept under the rug. But if a gay man murders another gay man, the news gets all over and jizz their pants because now they can prove that, "HOMOSEXUAL HAS VIOLUNT RELASHUNSHIPZ HURR."
Because as we all know, violence and crime in straight relationships is the rarest thing. Its kinda far fetched assuming that they are trying to present as homosexuals specifically having violent relationships because they'd have a lot to catch up to for that.
G-A-Y bar
Only 3 and a half years? What the fuck, a guy kills another guy over a watch and that's all he gets?
