Why is everything so damn aliased?
Why is the gradient shadows cut off in some places?
All of your avatars look either like copy/paste crap or stuff that has been done in under a minute.
The desert eagles are the same picture except recoloured...
The elephant is either transperant or the gun is flying in midair.
The 2 last pics are the same with a few layer modifications.

You really like slapping that xor filter on there. You also have lots of aliased, sloppy lines. Your gun pictures would be better suited to vectors than bitmaps. Try learning a free program like Inkscape. I really only use Paint.NET for basic photo editing and pixel art now. I used to use it for larger compositions though, so here are some tips.
Either use only aliased lines:

Or draw the picture 2 to 4 times bigger than you want it and then shrink it down once you're finished. That gives you a really nice, smooth look:
