I laughed when they said the government would be ahead of us in technology by lightyears.
ok this trailer has me excited. i thought advanced warfare was kinda lame in that it didn't go THAT advanced but this is gonna be balls to the wall.
it's treyarch first game in the three year cycle too so i'm very very interested
I'm getting some Crysis vibes and bits of halo from this.
I'm intrigued, but they're probably going to get a lot of shit for 'ripping off' Deus Ex with the whole body mods/augmentations theme they're going for.
I feel like that's a kind of technology in fiction that isn't as common as it should be, so it'll be neat to see how they do it. I just hope they stick with the flashback sections like they had in BO1 and BO2.
Wait, so it's fucking Universal Soldier?
We better get to do things Mark IV style.
They're really running with the near-future setting huh?
Not that I'm complaining. It's the paradigm shift that we've needed since MW2.
Plus I have a real soft spot for timeline trailers.
Looks like a "Call of Duty: Cyborg Warfare".
The reveal is this Sunday right?
well it's Treyarch, so I'm pretty excited about this. I absolutely loved Black Ops 1 and 2, and I really hope that 3 will be the best game in the series. I just hope that BO3 will have enough 'advancement' to stand out from last year's AdWarf.
hopefully this one will have good zombies. I want world at war 2 someday, though.

would kill for a world at war 2 weird war/alternate history game
ww2 mechs battling nazi werewolves sign me up
I wonder how mad the devs were when Mankind Divided was announced unexpectedly. This is going to be compared to MD a lot even though they're going to be very different games

First it was World War II, then it was Modern Day with movie tech interspersed at random, then we went back to Cold War for a game and a half, and now it's futuristic stuff to a degree. It's like they realized how many trends they've dried up so they're trying to force new ones.
Next thing you know Call of Duty will be Space Warfare for real. Or Time Warfare. Or Dinner Warfare.

i want another cold war game. the setting is one of the big reasons why blops 1 is my favorite CoD
If this was a trailer for a film I'd watch it
But I haven't bought a call of duty game since blops 1 so meh
Hopefully this one will have 4-player splitscreen.
I want another vietnam game.
that was pretty deus exy
Literaly 0 interest in this because its cod.
It will feel like cod and it will play like cod, aka another boring fps game that feels much like all its predecesors.
Yawn.

aren't you just a special little snowflake
That's a great trailer, completely ignoring it's for a COD game.
This is pretty interesting but I really hope they actually change the actual core game which is the ADS straight line cone of fire that's been the same for years. The special weapons in AW were fun but would still get out-done by the generic assault rifle with silencer..

There is a World at War 2, it's called Black Ops and it continues with Viktor Reznov who you were always with in WaW
HI THERE MY NAME IS DEFINITELY NOT EDWARD SNOWDEN
aren't you just a special little snowflake
here where I live, its usually called an opinion, which I am entitled to have and is entirely subjective, so... How does that make me a special snowflake?
By your logic, the forum is full of people like me since everyone has different opinions.
why am I even a special snowflake? For having a different opinion?

Because you think people in a thread about CoD care that you don't like it
Shoo
deus ex wasn't the first game to use augmentation as plot devices.
moving on
So at this rate, can we expect the next game to be you fighting Ruskie Muslim Demons on Mars?
A light year cannot be measured directly in time instead its measured in KM/Miles. So 1 light year is 9,460,528,400,000 kilometers and since they guy said "light years" we can assume he meant multiple light years. So that means the goverment is (*3) 2,838,158,520,000,0 KM ahead of us.
Assuming you make 100 km with your car/spaceship per hour the goverment would be:
2 838 158 520 00 hours
or 11 825 660 500 days
or 32 377 585.4 years
infront of us. That means the goverment is in year 32379646. Time travelers

So, I can't express my own opinion in a public forum and thread just like so many have done before, be it a positive or negative opinion about it?
Wow. Don't even bother giving me a different opinion or anything right? Sheesh...
