After reading the article it seems the reason for this is that Microsoft said "Fuck you Team Meat" and gave them a a sub-par release after being promised a full week on the top of the 360 dashboard.

Today is a great day for news.
So a game that got popular as a flash game on pc and is cheaper than the 360 version sold better? And not to mention that it was like $3 or something during sales? Wow! What news! And even so the PC version only sold 5% better.
