It's truly saddening to see that we live in a world so backwards as this, although it should be motivating us to take steps to ensure that we progress forward in a logical manner through science and proper education. It just seems like an impossible challenge sometimes with the constant bigotry and prejudice that we witness on a day-to-day basis, but things have a way of working out the way they should in the end.
