TOOWOOMBA mother Kylie Steger's appetite for fast food has been ruined by a rude surprise at the bottom of a burger box.
Mrs Steger was irate after lifting up her Hungry Jack's hamburger last Thursday to find a crude picture of a penis drawn on the inside of the box.
She said grabbing a takeaway dinner for her husband and two children from the Alderley St outlet had been a regular habit.
"Every week we get takeaway because we are always late with football and netball for the kids," Mrs Steger said.
"It is like a little treat."
Mrs Steger said the weekly dinner stop would now come to an end.
"It literally made me sick," she said.
"If they have drawn that in there, what else have they done to my burger?"
She said she was grateful the burger did not go to her children.
"I'll never buy another burger from there again."
She said the store had been notified of her complaint.
A Hungry Jack's spokesman said the company was treating the complaint "very seriously" and had launched an internal investigation to determine the facts.
What an newsworthy outrage.
ahaha, come on its funny
"If they have drawn that in there, what else have they done to my burger?"
She does have a point though.
She does have a point though.
What. Teenagers working a shit job for a minimum wage NOT taking things seriously?
She does have a point though.
Drawing a dick and fucking with a meal are two completely different things. I'm sure whoever did this was just trying to be funny by drawing a harmless image

While the image is harmless the box itself should be a safehaven from pranks.
Looks like a space rocket for me.
I mean, who has detached testicles on side of his dick like that?
These are obviously booster engines.
Obviously some worker pulled a random box from the pile of other boxes and drew a dick on one for a laugh.
She is just an uptight bitch with nothing better to do.

I wonder if the kids are adopted, they were conceived during sex in absolute darkness, she wore a blindfold through it, or there was barf over the whole bedroom on the end of the ordeal.
Lady, don't panic. It's something roughly 50% of people on this planet have between their very legs at all times, and they seem to survive rather okay.

She has a point in that something could have been added in the burger.
The problem isn't the joke drawing, it's the fact they can potentially put stuff in the burger.

If I can't trust them to not tamper with the packaging, how do I know they won't tamper with the food itself?
"I'll never buy another burger from there again."
If they don't fire someone over it, I'm right there with her. If the kids you hire don't know enough not to draw a dick inside the box you're putting a burger in, they don't deserve employment
Don't worry guys, they're just dicking around.
She probably never had a dick in her
If I can't trust them to not tamper with the packaging, how do I know they won't tamper with the food itself?
Wait wait wait.
It takes a pen drawing for this suddenly to be a concern? I think its safe to assume that the majority of food tampering does indeed come without a hand-crafted dick on the box.
That's not a penis, it's a rocket ship! Silly woman!
Lol, is that a tear on her cheek?
for some reason I thought there was an actual penis in her burger from the title, I need to sleep.

BURGER PENIS IS SERIOUS BUSINESS
Over-reaction like that is typical of a soccer mom; one small incident like that shouldn't be grounds for a pitiful insignificant one-soccer mom boycott of an establishment, no matter how much sand is in her groin. If it were something like an incident concerning "secret sauce" in the secret sauce, i'd be up in arms and want the insolent little wanker fired, but a poorly-rendered illustration of a gentleman's whoopsie is nothing to flip a desk at.
Frankly she should just take it in her stride and not get so worked up about a pseudo-erotic doodle in something as flimsy and disposable as a burger box.
Going offtopic, the picture makes her look like some kinda PE teacher or personal trainer. Something about the shirt and the face that just resonates a strong sports vibe. Could be totally wrong; for all I know most Australian ladies wear that kinda shirt because it's so bloody hot down under that wearing anything more is equivalent to wrapping oneself in baking foil.
I can't believe they showed the drawing on the news!
"It literally made me sick," she said.
Oh god get a life
While the image is harmless the box itself should be a safehaven from pranks
I just read that and it sounded so deep and philosophical
Maybe i'm going mad
From what I can see, it wouldn't kill her to cut down on fastfood anyway.
She doesn't look THAT overweight; bit of a paunch but nothing too abhorrent or life-threatening.

ahaha that face
I've found hairs and such in food before.
And honestly I didn't give a shit. It's the price you pay for convenience.
You're trading time and money for quality always, regardless of if it's fast food or not.

Wow, dude, did you honestly not catch that?

I think you nailed it on the head - I think she is literally a soccer mom.
Did they say "Thank you and come again" when they gave her that food? Did they try to stiff her on the fries she ordered? If not, then she has nothing to complain about.
"Oh my god that's repulsive! Instead of taking it to the manager, I'll TAKE IT TO THE CHRONICLE!"

Lady, you've probably seen plenty of real ones and had your husband's inside you twice. I suggest a daily dose of 'getthefuckoveritalready-um'.
