-Budget: $1,000-$1,100(monitor included in price) I'm willing to stretch to $1,200 if the extra money will significantly boost the speed of the PC -Games that you'll play/Applications you'll use: I plan on playing Skyrim, TF2, Portal, Diablo 3 and whatever else looks fun, I suppose. The applications I will use are for animation which for now I'll be using 3DS Max but will eventually upgrade to Maya. -Native resolution of your monitor: Whatever is best for my build. -Things you can reuse (OS, hard drive, optical drive): nothing -Extras that you want (monitor, keyboard, mouse, speakers, etc): Monitor -Where you live: U.S. I was wondering if I should get the phantom case. I really like the way it looks but I would rather replace it if the price/specs are holding me back from getting a more powerful pc. I plan to use windows 7 with my build Thanks guys :D
-Things you can reuse (OS, hard drive, optical drive): nothing
Nope, I understand how you could have gotten it mixed up though. I copied and pasted that from here and it is basically giving examples of things I could reuse but I don't have any.
Deskstar drives are known as deathstars for a reason. Get a Spinpoint F3.

If I want? So I don't need it?
