My computer started to reboot on it's own. I recently replaced the Cmos battery. Any Suggestions?
I don't think temps have anything to do with it. Your CPU is only at 42C (most people use Celsius for computer temps, even in the US) - that's basically idle temperature for most, and Intel lists the maximum safe temperature as 74C, or 165F. And your northbridge is only 60C - again, mine idles at a higher temperature than that (granted, mine idles at a ridiculously high temperature, but it's perfectly stable). I'd be more likely to suspect a power supply issue is the cause.
Hmm. Only the motherboard is having high temps. How is your airflow in your case? Are you overclocking any components?

I don't know but fallout and Skyrim started to freeze up on me and when I tried to launch L4D2 It rebooted randomly so I guess I am concerned.
Check your power supply and make sure that it's got enough power to share. Also, why are you bottle necking your system using that CPU? If you can afford it, I new motherboard and cpu would be called for.
