So with my Christmas money that I will get, I hopefully can get enough to buy my own Pocket Camcorder. I live in America so I prefer Newegg or any retail store (I will be using Newegg as a price reference). Needs to have: -USB dongle thingy so I can connect easily to my computer -Any resolution at or above 720p -Budget = Low as possible and as high as $115ish -Battery life not important, at least an hour would be nice -At least an hour or so of video Here is what I've found so far: RCA EZ2000 Blue 2.0" LCD 2x Digital HD $69.99 + $3 shipping http://www.newegg.com/Product/Product.aspx?Item=N82E16830125012 RCA EZ3000 2.0" LCD 2x Digital $89.99 + $3 shipping http://www.newegg.com/Product/Product.aspx?Item=N82E16830125015 Flip MinoHD Camcorder - Black $99 free shipping http://www.newegg.com/Product/Product.aspx?Item=N82E16830246015
The Flip would probably be your best bet for price/performance.
Ok. 1 vote for the flip. Also, are there any problems with the software and functionality of the Flip? I'm pretty decent with computers, except I'd rather not have to mess around on Facepunch and the Internet looking for the solution for a problem. My OS is Windows 64bit Home Premium by the way.
I hear flip is the best in the pocket camcorder market.

I vote for the Flip. (Although before Apple replaced it with the microscopic square touchscreen, I would have voted for the iPod Nano. The one with the camera.)

So you shouldn't have any problems.
Get the Flip

Hopefully it will stay at this price or even if the better models with better battery life and storage will drop down within the next few weeks.
I bought a factory refurbished (it looked brand new but had a few pictures of some black chick on it, I deleted them before you ask) Kodak Zi8 for $69. It has an auxiliary audio input so I could hook it up to the com radio to get ATC when I was recording some night landings. As far as I could find it is the only camera at this price that has the aux input. http://www.amazon.com/gp/product/B002HOPUPC/

The flip is frankly the best pocket cam on the market at the moment, but that camera blackdenton posted looks pretty awesome if you need aux in.
I hear flip is the best in the pocket camcorder market.
It's the best for the price. $200 something will get you the Kodak Zi8, which has the option to record to a memory card.
Flip seems to work the best from experience. [sp]Well, it was my 2nd camera[/sp]
The flip sucks, get a Vado HD or something instead.... Vid sort of related [editline]6th December 2010[/editline] IMO you should get this: http://www.newegg.com/Product/Product.aspx?Item=N82E16830106010 You can even connect an external microphone to it!
I was saying to get a flip hd because my friend picked one up for around $150, but that may have been black friday or a refurb.
