i wish i could speak like this. i consider myself a pretty damn good public speaker, but listening to this guy was sublime by comparison.

The point of the video boils down to this: There are correct, definitive answers to all moral questions, but it doesn't mean it easy or even practically possible to find them. That we need to change how we think about morality without abandoning the understanding that morality can be incredibly complex and recognizing how hard it can be to find the right answers.
The result of this is that we should respect many differences in morality that are subjective, but not that we should respect them because they are subjective. Doing the latter results in respect for people who think it ok to throw acid in their wives faces for being raped, to use an example from the video.
