So i drink about 2 or 3 cans of coke every 3 days or so and i was wondering how bad it is for you.
I could have looked it up on google but i want to hear other peoples views or exp. with drinks.

did you know you had a question mark in the title so saying question is redundant I thought you should know
can be bad for your teeth if you don't clean them/clean them too soon after drinking it
Nearly 1 soda a day?
It depends on how often you brush your teeth.
A can a day wouldn't be great for you, but it really depends on the rest of your diet too.
As far as I know, there is no concrete link between carbonation and negative health effects. However, sodas are full of sugar and even the diet ones have issues:
Animal studies have indicated that artificial sweeteners can cause body weight gain. A sweet taste induces an insulin response, which causes blood sugar to be stored in tissues (including fat), but because blood sugar does not increase with artificial sugars, there is hypoglycemia and increased food intake the next time there is a meal.
It depends on several other factors. I would recommend drinking at least a glass of water after every soda to wash away some of the sugar that will be on your teeth and also to prevent kidney stones. Trust me you don't want those.
Brush your teath well enough and it won't cause too much harm, but they're just about as bad health-wise as other junk foods.

Fixed.
You're dying.

From obesity.
bad
Or heart disease.
I had a sip of lemonade once and instantly got diabetes

Nah, i weigh about 10 stone
Soda erodes your teeth. Carbonation eats away at enamel, then the rest of the soda will stain and destroy your teeth.
One a day isn't terrible, just remember to brush your teeth really well.
Very bad if there's a fan above you.

I drink soda like fucking water and I have no health issues.
FYI to all y'all heavy soda drinkers: I used to be one of you guys too. I'd pound down my favorite soda 1-3 cans a day. I also used to be pretty heavy set. What I found out is if you substitute your soda drinking for just water (not juice, just water) then you can cut back on calories pretty heavily. Now I'm skinny and in good shape.
I don't drink soft drink.

Not yet anyway
I don't drink soft drinks.
Besides the occasional (Few a year) Mountain Dew. Water tastes too delicious.

I must get back into drinking water. Had a lazy summer. Water always seem to give me a boost.
Nobody mentioned kidney issues?
I pretty much drink fizzy drinks every day and I only have a moderate long term illness, but I'm sure there's no link.
I haven't had any issues from drinking about 1 to 2 cans a day, there are days when I don't drink much all day mind you and get by on water, but just drinking sodas hasn't done anything terrible to my health. I'm still a decent weight (nearing underweight I think), my teeth are in fairly good condition (my family has a history of shit teeth anyway), and I'm not dying/ dead from heart diseases/ kidney failure.
Scaremongering, unless your body is really that weak, that shouldn't affect you too badly.
Drink water instead. Tastes better and hella cheaper.
I dropped soda months ago for purified water (Those pitchers you fill from the tap) and haven't looked back. If you're a heavy soda drinker you can negate about 15 pounds a year by switching to exclusively water. You'll feel more refreshed and have more energy as well.
EDIT: You also can lose fat easier, because soda inhibits your body's ability to break down fat into usable fuel by a degree.
Nobody mentioned kidney issues?
There's a small nuclear explosion in your kidneys for every 6 fluid ounces of soda you drink.
No but seriously, I'm dead scared of kidney stones, I don't want to pee out rocks :(
Isn't phosphoric acid or something the thing that kills your teeth?
It has lots of sugar, and I mean lots of it. If you don't do lots of sports, don't drink that shit
