Apparently she got arrested.
Serves that kid right!
I laughed but that's just not right.
If I were the judge, I would have her dragged by a leash
I guess he didn't want to be a dog.
The kid was probably being a brat, and it's not like she was dragging the kid across sandpaper by it's neck, the leash was clearly around the abdomen, and the kid was also holding on with it's arms.
I don't see why this warrants an arrestation of that woman.
You've failed as a parent if you need to keep your fucking kid on a leash.

no you win if you leash your children
I laughed so hard
I didn't see anybody looking them in the store, except for the guy with the video camera. That just doesn't make sense.
Edit:
Hilarious
Looks like the kid is having fun.

Bystander complex, the more people their are, the less inclined people are to help or assist or generally meddle in any way.

I nwouldn't have minded that, but then again, i like..... things... Plus, it beats walking.
I still don't know why people go out and buy leashes for their kids. It's your child, not a fucking pet.
[editline]12:22PM[/editline]
Are you going to buy a children's toy that you throw and get them to fetch for you?
I hate people that treat children as status symbols
(You know dress them up like there pet etc...)

She's probably used to it.
And yes, I'll admit it, got a mild chuckle out of me. Reminds me of my childhood.
The kid prolly enjoyed it...
Viral advertising for Swiffer's new mop: The Handy-Shirt. Put it on your kid, then drag em around the floor to pick up all the dirt, dust, and crumbs. Cleaning's never been so easy, and your kids will have fun doing the chores for once!
Didn't seem like he was resisting.

the fact that something has to be on a leash is wrong.
Maybe he was napping and she was trying not to wake him!

That made me laugh so much. Hopefully she says that if she goes in front of the judge.

Oh hey my kid is napping instead of picking him up i'm going to drag him around a store with a leash.
OKAY.

You need Billy Mays to do it and it actually might work.
Wait.....

Seems to be around the neck to me. Look at 0:03
Lol.. Dumb mother.
Seems to be around the neck to me. Look at 0:03
The kid was probably making it look like it was by the neck so her mother would get in trouble. Little brat.
Kinky.
She should've fucking picked the kid up instead of dragging him. Fucking whore
Why is everyone so pissed lol? Toddlers are the most petulant fuckers on the planet. She was probably in the store and the kid went apeshit because she wouldn't get it candy or wouldn't go down the toy aisle or some shit and then probably started screaming and doing that shit where they lay there and refuse to move until they get there way. If they want to act like little animals should we not treat them as such? I say we should.
