FOX [Release]LAS VEGAS -- Some voters in Boulder City complained on Monday that their ballot had been cast before they went to the polls, raising questions about Clark County's electronic voting machines. Voter Joyce Ferrara said when they went to vote for Republican Sharron Angle, her Democratic opponent, Sen. Harry Reid's name was already checked. Ferrara said she wasn't alone in her voting experience. She said her husband and several others voting at the same time all had the same thing happen. "Something's not right," Ferrara said. "One person that's a fluke. Two, that's strange. But several within a five minute period of time -- that's wrong." Clark County Registrar of Voters Larry Lomax said there is no voter fraud, although the issues do come up because the touch-screens are sensitive. For that reason, a person may not want to have their fingers linger too long on the screen after they make a selection at any time. "Especially in a community with elderly citizens (they have) difficulty in (casting their) ballot," Lomax said. "Team leaders said there were complaints (and the) race filled in." At any time, voters can go back on the screen and review their selections. They are also allowed to make changes and encouraged to double-check their ballot on screen and on paper before it is cast. Lomax said voters need to have faith in the system. "This election, I think, more than ever," he said. "The two sides are very fractured and each side is suspicious and we're caught in the middle."[/release] News sources: http://www.fox5vegas.com/news/25511115/detail.html http://www.foxnews.com/politics/2010/10/26/nevada-voters-say-reids-checked-touch-screen-ballots/ Blog sources: Touch-screen voting machine issues pop up in Nevada to the benefit of Reid (and Angle) (Has videos) http://latimesblogs.latimes.com/washington/2010/10/harry-reid-sharron-angle-voting-machine.html It's a week early to my planned return date, but this is serious. This sounds like voter fraud to me.
Vote early, vote often. Too many people at stake now, gotta hurry up and get the voter fraud under way ASAP...
Yeah the only source to post anything about this was Fox news or another source that quoted Fox news directly, so I wouldn't be too sure about this.

Glitch with the system, or any other more reasonable possibility? Nope, voter fraud by the evil democrats. Thanks Fox. Go back away Glaber.
Hahahahahahahahaha Here comes the retard club. This is going to be fun to watch. Anything happens on our side, you guys jump on it and yell voter fraud. An election is fucked up in your favour, you sweep it under the rug. Gotta love the hypocrisy and stupidity of glaber.
You do realize that computer voting isn't very widespread, right?
How is that relevant in any way?
Bet you think soldiers serving overseas shouldn't vote, too...
I think they should, but you apparently think every soldier is going to vote your way because they know better than dumb democrats or something stupid like that. [editline]26th October 2010[/editline] Why did I say apparently? I know you believe that bullshit.
How is that relevant in any way?
Well you said "glitch in the system". Guess what, you can't glitch submitting somebody's ballot before they voted.
Linking to FoxNews should be bannable.
Being Glabber in and of himself should be bannable. Being that dumb should be bannable.
That is too far. It seems that both sides are just as hypocritical. Republicans say they like the constitution, but they don't agree with separation of church and state. Democrats like the idea of freedom, however whenever somebody of the opposition says something, they attack it and want it shut down. You should see some of the crazy shit the democrats ARE doing. They are using attack ads across the country that blatantly LIE about the opponent. They generalize and run on those assumptions. Recently, Joel Bayhard (sic) screamed and yelled that all teaparty members should die and go to hell. Then there was the thread about the guy that was going to try and kill Bush. Everybody said good for him. Is this what the world has come to? Where everybody are cutthroat dicks, who slander and libel eachother to get their name written down in the history books? Seriously, what the fuck, has it really gotten to the point where people are wishing for the death of their opposition because of opposing beliefs? Has it really gotten to the point where just because somebody is registered as a member of a party, they are automatically shut down as idiots, or bigots? Has it really come to when somebody is registered as another party, they are evil communists? It has gone way too far, and as George Washington himself once warned, political parties will be the downfall of not only this nation, but the rest of the first world as well. On another note, while I'm on this tangent, I have noticed whenever Americans state fear of muslims or another minority, they are racist. However, countless times I have seen threads about another European country banning an Islamic religious symbol or deporting an entire group of people based on their practices. And in these threads, we have people saying that muslims and gypsies are problems in european society. This is simply an observation, as I do believe that gypsies are a bit handsy when it comes to other peoples things.
Well you said "glitch in the system". Guess what, you can't glitch submitting somebody's ballot before they voted.
Says who? You don't know exactly how these systems work, it's entirely possible that it glitched out and submitted a form. I'd say a clerical error or system error is a little more likely than blatant voter fraud. EDIT:
That is too far. It seems that both sides are just as hypocritical. Have you watched anything coming out of the senate? Every attempt at anything remotely bipartisan has been the democrats reaching across the isle to have their hand chopped off and told he's ruining the country and the constitution by people who don't even know the first fucking thing about the constitution. The only thing the democrats shut down without even thinking about is when republican propose stripping businesses of more regulation, they aren't naive enough to think a free market is the fix.
"One person that's a fluke. Two, that's strange. But several within a five minute period of time -- that's wrong."
What would cause a glitch to preselect Reid anyway?
This sounds like voter fraud to me.
are you fucking illiterate? You had months to do it, and it seems you haven't, so get the fuck out and go read a book from someone not named rush limbaugh.

Also I don't have any books by Rush.
Also I don't have any books by Rush.
probably because you're illiterate
I'm pretty sure Local Fox isn't the same thing as the big Fox News to everyone complaining about it.
Linking to FoxNews should be bannable.
"I DON'T LIKE THIS NEWS ORGANIZATION SO IF YOU LINK TO THEM I'LL GET YOU BANNED" sounds fair to me
probably because you're illiterate
No. I just haven't bought any, nor do I know of any written by him. Hannity or Levin on the other hand I do know of and have at least on of Hannity's books, But why am I even arguing this with you when I could be gathering more sources on this?
probably because you're illiterate
Iceburn.
Iceburn.
BURN DOWN disagrees
No. I just haven't bought any, nor do I know of any written by him. You still haven't done that. Find where this turns into a big out to get republicans and tea partiers conspiracy. prove it. It's funny you can be so eager to jump on the possibility of a democratic one, when the republicans have already fixed elections and still not been fully investigated. It's sad to see someone so hypocritical, and so happy to be that way.
Probably an alt of burnemdown. :downs:
