Hope Holcomb's family is seeking charges to be filed against their feuding neighbor, William Bailey. Hope told the station that she is afraid to leave her home because she is bullied by Bailey and his 9-year-old son. The video was shot last week by Hope's grandmother at a bus stop, and shows what appears to be both Bailey and his son each walking with a pronounced limp. Bailey, for his part, declined to talk on camera, but told The New York Daily News that he was injured on the job and was suffering from bruised ribs and twisted back when the video was shot. "I would never do that," he told the paper. "I wasn’t out to make this kid look bad." His wife told Fox8.com that this is all part of an ongoing dispute and that Hope's family has called her son names. Both families, who live next door to each other, have filed complaints with the prosecutor’s office, the report said. Many in the community, which is south of Canton, are rallying behind Hope and her family. "We are getting somewhere with it, so that is good because now other families have a voice," Mike Knight, Hope's father, said. The prosecutor says she will review all the reports and meet with the families next week to determine what, if any, charges should be filed.
You don't need cerebral palsy to walk around like an idiot apparently Dickheads
so that's where Mitt went after the debate.
Exactly what kind of charges could be filed against them?
Harassment hopefully.
The man said he was injured at work. I'm not going to accept the mocking scenario at face value.
I like that you made sure to mention they're from Ohio...
Sounds like a family feud got out of control. They're probably just trying to get support for their family against the other one.
The man said he was injured at work. I'm not going to accept the mocking scenario at face value.
What about the kid?
This isn't something to prosecute. It just means the guy's an asshole. It's harsh, but true. He's allowed to walk like he has cerebral palsy if he wants to.
i wish my dad did some father-son activities with me, even if it did involve making fun of the less fortunate

i thought of this pretty quickly??

But why was the kid limping?
Either they're terrible at doing impressions, or they're actually pretending to be zombies because she was walking nothing like that.
I like that you made sure to mention they're from Ohio...
Yeah, because assholes who make fun of disabled people only come from my state! [sub][sub][sub]/sarcasm[/sub][/sub][/sub]
What's with all the CP stories lately? Almost every single one makes my blood boil. My older brother has really Severe Cerebral Palsy, he's unable to walk, talk clearly, he pretty much can't do anything on his own. Just thinking about someone doing anything like this to him...a;lksdfja
The man said he was injured at work. I'm not going to accept the mocking scenario at face value.
Watch the video, then get back to us. Hint: That dude's back and ribs are fine.
The man said he was injured at work. I'm not going to accept the mocking scenario at face value.
Having bruised ribs that bad would imply the injury was very recent. I'm not a doctor but I don't think a workplace injury's can fuck you up that badly yet you are still able to walk and drive a couple weeks after the injury.

They should make the son walk around with those crutches for like a day to school see what it feels like.
What can you do, people will be people.

It doesn't even have to be a relative, though my brother is autistic and if somebody made fun of him and I found out, blood would boil for sure, but I would stand up for anybody being made fun of for disabilities out of their control.
