I spit on their "rebellion"
very democratic we are supporting these kind of apes
I spit on their "rebellion"
Yea, fuck everyone against Assad because of the actions of independent groups. If that is even is FSA [editline]30th June 2013[/editline]
very democratic we are supporting these kind of apes
No one is supporting this kind of shit. There are a lot of independent groups operating within Syria on both sides.
If this is true, then it is very tragic. Though, I have some doubts about the legitimacy of this clip. How did they get a hold of this footage? I don't mean the rebels, because this was obviously not uploaded by the rebels themselves as the text in the beginning of video shows. Also, there was no beheading shown. Kinda odd.
What's wrong with the good ol' fashioned "Strike hard & true" ?
There was a video of a beheading uploaded to Facebook, which my classmates showed me. It had been up there for 8 hours before it eventually was taken down.
What I wish I knew is so much. I feel like I've been watching the whole Syria thing unfold from the beginning and then all of a sudden everyone has gone against the FSA, and all the FSA are going around killing everyone. I thought it was the Asad regime that was doing all the murdering.

Not just Facepunch but everywhere. Suddenly AsadTv popped up showing all these "FSA Monsters" going around beheading people. I get this feeling that something is really weird with how it's all Free Syrian Army going around butchering people.

Actual decent sources like the BBC and The Economist have avoided the bandwagon.
The end of that video hit me hard. [editline]1st July 2013[/editline]
Not just Facepunch but everywhere. As cool as it is to get the odd tank or helicopter being blown up video, videos like the one in this thread are a needed dose of reality.
It's really crazy how casually they talk.
I spit on their "rebellion"

very democratic we are supporting these kind of apes
lol
When he refers to being in the "slaughterhouse", it really got to me. I think that's a corpse beside him. The fact they're carrying out these beheadings in plain sight of other victims is sickening. Don't know how they lack empathy to the point where they're willing to do this to another human being.

The FSA isn't just one united rebel group with a single figurehead leader; they're made up of multiple factions, including terrorist groups the US has been fighting for a long time. Not every faction is beheading prisoners and torching Christian villages, and not every faction is handing out toys and candy to children either.

The FSA isn't a unified group, there are a ton of different factions involved in fighting Assad. That's why you get comments like the first few post on this thread. People can't seem to comprehend that there are so many different groups fighting under the FSA banner.
they lack the empathy because the fight has gone on long enough to where either side doesn't see eachother as human, but rather an obstacle in the way of the end goal
They lack the empathy because the value of a human life to them is zero, Even their own life. Ask any soldier or marine who's served in Iraq or Afghanistan. They came from all around the world just to kill or die trying when the western world showed up to an area they could freely murder in
I'm not saying it is but this could've easily been faked by Assads regime. There really is no way of knowing if a video is real or is propaganda.
I spit on their "rebellion"
Oh ya every single rebel is like this. Idiot.

If you read more than the headline or more than one article you would see the U.S is planning on arming specific moderate rebel groups. They are no more arming groups like this than they are arming Assad backed groups.
what props?
an iphone
at the start of this war, i could have eaily sided with the rebels. but 2 years on, both sides have commited attrocious acts and i find it absolutely incredible that the western nations actually have the arrogance to suggest the rebels are the 'good guys'. and not only that, but are actively trying to arm them i hate to say it, because it's the innocent civilians who will suffer, but we should not get involved one way or the other in this. stand back and let them deal with it by themselves.

The west isn't arming every person who is against Assad.
