Well guys, here I am looking at owing $200K, or something.
The way I see it, my options are the following:
1. Prostitution.
2. Something genius.
I'm open to suggestions.

Make something like girls gone wild and turn it into guys gone wild
Going to a four year college is a waste of money. Community college then a major is the "cheap" way to go.
Get a job waiting. One of my poorer friends is working his way through college on that. He's making good money and doesn't expect to have too many college debts. Also, take a year off to work before starting uni. A lot of people do that and from what I've heard it kind of helps them screw their heads on straight.

This is true, best thing to do

This is also true. The first two years of university are a privilege. It's a really fun time, and you're gonna meet the most people that way, but if money is your worry then community college -> university is best.
oops, accidentally hit submit post before typing out post

I agree, although some people might vouch for consistency and swallow the higher prices
I major in Paying for College and minor in Bullshit.

Wasn't thinking on the math for a second. Yea, 200,000 is an awful price. If the school isn't giving financial aid on that then it isn't worth it.

How do you manage 200K on a finance degree? I know med students who are spending 150. You've gotta be going to Harvard on some international visa living on campus or something.
I'm spending $30K on my EE degree. :silent: :canada:
$200k, wow
I'd seriously think about studying something different.
Personally I hate post-secondary education. I believe it's a wast of money. Somewhat a scam too. But $200k? I've never seen it go up to that much before...

You know med students spending 150k? They are doing it wrong. Med school is damn near free. Yeah, to people not going to med school it is expensive as hell. However, places are willing to throw money at you if you get into med school. Money is easy to come by.
Not only that, but after graduating if you work in a non-profit sector, the government is willing to erase your debt... Hint: Most places you will work as a doctor out of Med school are non-profit.
