Could you guys recommend some good recently formed Metal/Hard Rock bands (About 15 years until now).

I've been trying to look around for some new metal bands, but I always seem to be recommended bands that are 20-30 years old. While they are not terrible bands (In fact, most of my favourite bands are 20+ years old) I just want a band that I could listen to that is part of my generation (Weird I know).
I tried to look around the Phoenix, AZ area for metal bands, but the big thing here is death/screamo metal, which I don't really find my taste. I was trying to look for Heavy, Thrash, Industrial, Power Metal/Hard rock. Basically any metal bands that emphasize on vocals and lyrics, bands like Megadeth, Dio, Black Sabbath, Metallica, Anthrax, A7X, Chickenfoot, Van Halen, Slayer, Iron Maiden, Judas Priest if that helps set the criteria.
Deadsoul Tribe?

They're more progressive but they're from 2000 onwards and very vocal orientated
Some of my favorite new thrash bands:
Lich King

Lich King also has a sense of humor:

Vektor (I think they're from Arizona actually)

Skeletonwitch (there's a lot of black metal influence in their stuff but I think it sounds great)

Toxic Holocaust

Nice, this is exactly what I was looking for!
I love the Jethro Tull feel that Deadsoul Tribe has, and it's great to see some new thrash stuff out there!
I recently started listening to Machine Head, great band:
