• Need help for more muscle gain

So I've been pumping iron and getting some good workouts in over the summer - [B]Arms-[/B] Free weight curls training [B]Chest-[/B] Simple pushup training (but very effective for patient training) [B]Abs-[/B] Planking, situps [B]Legs-[/B] Hard biking(Im a competitive biker), squats, long wall sits for tone [B]Cardio-[/B] Running, biking As a result, I have a picture that sums up some good work: [IMG]https://lh6.googleusercontent.com/-qEm-MEXt0Mg/VB3Ow2Cs1jI/AAAAAAAAA-o/HFXpa4mtW_8/w361-h642-no/beefed.jpg[/IMG] But, as anyone would want, I want more muscle. I've been drinking small amounts of protein shakes lately, (9-12g) but I've got to the point where I am not noticing as much growth as I want to see with that protein plan. I'm asking for some suggestions for some different protein plans I could try out for some more muscle. [B]Note:[/B] Currently not looking at supplements YET because of health concerns
do you even lift. jk. well done. all ill say bud is that the saying 'gotta eat big to get big' is a saying for a reason. dont be afraid to lose your abs while you put on some quality mass. dont bother with supps tbh, just spend the money on chicken breasts and 2 pints of milk a day.
ottermode but good job Your problem probably isn't your protein intake but your calorie intake, you also mention that you do some heavy biking and a good amount of cardio which means you'll probably need to eat a lot more food than you are eating right now.
Eat lift big heavy, usual stuff. Dont be afraid to gain weight.
Alright guys, thanks for filling me in on some fitness eating tips, I'll be using them all. Haha only reason I don't want to pick up that weight is that my abs will fade and my girlfriend always is asking for pics of my abs lol
she doesnt love you when youre bulking she doesnt deserve you when youre cut bro if you want mass the wave goodbye to your abs bro, thats the way it is unless you jump on gear
