Well you need to upload the pictures somewhere, usually Flickr is a great place to do it from. So upload your photos to Flickr after you register an account there, then right click the image you want, go to the size that says medium 600, then right click that img and copy the URL. Once you have the URL, you will paste it in between these tags. Replace the word URL with the one you copied, and that should work.

Alternatively on Flickr it will have a link in your image somewhere that says "share my image" and you copy the type that says BBC code
