I remember when, after a night out in my delightful local city of Portsmouth, I asked a police officer where I could use a loo, now that the clubs were shut. He told me to take a piss under the railway station. It's lovely when the local police take pride in their city.
Better then giving them a excessive fine and jailtime which our system is handing out like candy.
