As usual, updating video card drivers seems to be suIcide. Next time I'll just use whatever drivers the OS comes with. Windows 8 won't boot and just has the new logo and theoading spinner.
Every online tutorial rial says the only way to recover your PC is to be already logged in, then hold shift and restart or other methods

Press spacebars, f8, or del while rebooting. I'm betting on spacebar.

well, it solved itself even without me turning it on. After leaving it alone for 10m it rebooted I don't know how
