Lamar ruined it, the album version is heaps better

Why is it that songs these days have to feature a black dude rapping as if it's like a certificate of approval or some shit
Lamar ruined it, the album version is heaps better
I thought this version was much much better than the original. I found the song on the album to be the worst one on there imo

Out of the woods is the worst by far
Lamar really ruined it imo too
they just put rap in every song, they should stop
Taylor Swift just sucks so she brings down Kendrick by sucking so much

She's like a black hole of lacking talent

Taylor Swift lacking talent? Oh dear. Are you perhaps 12 years old and still afraid that girls have cooties?
Token black rapper tribute
Atleast its only one song i love taytay but the rapping why if i wanted to listen to kendrick i would of put on one of his songs....
Although Taylor Swift is talented, her lyric content is a tad shallow for my liking.
Catchy stuff, Just no depth to it.
lamar is better than this shit why is he on this track?
Taylor Swift always look way too skinny, is she bulimic?
Lamar just ruins this song
Instead of the rap, it would have been cooler to have had some of the other singers featured do a line each or something.

All the shallower (?) catchy songs are in these music videos to get as much views as possible. Although I really like the music video for Blank space.

Yes, because I have a different opinion than you that makes me a 12 year old, you're not a 12 year old for liking someone like Taylor Swift or anything
Isn't the director the same guy who did the power rangers bootleg?

Except Taylor Swift is probably one of the best pop-artists of the past few years lmao. She has incredible critical acclaim and she always does great on album sales
laaaaaaaaaaame
can these pop artists at least TRY to make something that sounds a little bit different from the rest of their songs
queen tay is slaying the universe as usual
This thread so far is literally people complaining about the hippity-hop and defending Taylor Swift viciously help me.

critical acclaim and great sales doesn't really mean an artist is the best in terms of talent.
not saying she isn't talented, but there are (and were) plenty of artists of all genres who had talent, and either couldn't get enough sales, or didn't have the best criticism. then again, if most, if not all your music is based around love, its not hard to see why there was critical acclaim, considering it isn't really worth criticizing over, compared to more controversial topics in music.
I agree that Lamar is very out of place here, but GKMC and TPAB are some of the finest rap music since the 90s.
The video concept was really cool. Song is okay, Lamar can do way better though.
This is by far the most generic song, not a Swift fan in general but I can at least appreciate her previous songs. This is boring.

It was aright. Kendrick was ok but I think the production was a little off for quite a bit of it; sounded a lot more industrial and slow than the lyrics were. Honestly seemed like another song at the end. It's maybe a little bland but it wasn't bad either; pretty good as a pop song if you look at it like that.
I knew it was gonna be fun to watch but goddamn. I feel like campy is in right now. The music was actually really catchy too.

Cause kendrick talked about wanting to collab with Taylor in interviews, and Taylor does the same.
It's my honest fucking opinion that Kendrick is one of the best rappers alive right now.

You're delusional if you think she has no talent. You don't have to like her to realise that she does. It's not like someone lacking talent can just go and collect dozens of music awards over the years.

This song isn't about love.
Meh?
Looks like somebody watched Sucker Punch a few too many times.
Song is nothing special. Video is bad.
