That's not really bullshit. They would be doing this without youtube, but youtube makes it easier for them to get exposure and views.

My friend drives like that in his Shelby Mustang, it's fucking awesome to be in the passenger seat. Best of all, he has never gotten caught.

I'm pretty sure the guy that uploaded the full version of the Egyptian "secrets" full video didn't get in much trouble but it is still a gray-zone.
