I'm looking for a decent, but fairly low-price anti-static vacuum as a means of cleaning out my personal computer. Does anyone have any suggestions on what I should get?
Would you rather try compressed air or is it to the point where you need a vacuum?

It's like a can of compressed air, except continuous and doesn't run out.

I will consider this, but I am looking for something that takes in, rather than blowing out, without the possible risk of static discharge.

That's pretty expensive for something like that imo. I can buy a full size air compressor targeted for garage workshops for a bit under that at a local hardware store when it's on sale.
There's this. Worked really well when I was in Tech. Although looking at the reviews for it, it might not be a good solution.
You could modify a bicycle pump so that it only sucks and doesn't expel air. You should only have to turn the valve that stops it from sucking in around the other way.
