I think the fact that they're using licensed cars is one of the best aspects about this one. I just hope the selection is more realistic, because if I remember right, during a gameplay demo, all the cars were Bentleys, Deloreans, Porsches, and other rare exotic cars. the only "normal" one I remember seeing was a new Fiat.
