If I remember from the old FP thread a lot of people were saying they didn't want a black spiderman because spider man didn't need to be black or something. Similar to the reactions to female Thor.

I don't particularly care for the Ultimate Spider-Man cartoon but it's neat to see them sort of adapting Spider-Men
