I like Isis. Oceanic is so kick ass.
I wish I could get a hold of more than just Oceanic, as amazing as that album may be, but I'm poor and my computer sucks. :sad:
Also, Jeff Caxide makes me jizz in my pants. Love his tone and style.
I'm listening to In the Absence of Truth right now. I have to say, I love their atmosphere. I would be more into Oceanic if it weren't for the vocals. Oh well, I still think they're an awesome band.
yeah, the vocals are a definite weak point for me. I find it fits the music in its own way, but by itself, I don't really like it.
There are better post-metal bands out there.(Giant Squid)
