Penguins given anti-depresents to deal with the British weather

Penguins have become so jaded by this winter’s relentless storms that this group of gloomy birds have been given antidepressants.
Humboldt penguins at the Scarborough Sea Life Sanctuary in North Yorkshire were administered the pick-me-up after staff became concerned by their inability to cope with the ongoing wind and rain.
The pills are pushed into the gills of dead fish, which are then fed to the native South-American birds.

:( The poor penguins.
Those penguins have been feeling quite blue lately.
Then they become moody when they don't get their dose in the summer.
Send them to the Falklands!
There they can be both British and with their own kind.
They should try weed instead.

Just a thought.[/QUOTE]
Or maybe you could realise this is a sanctuary not a zoo, they're there for their own protection. The UK is currently having unusual weather for this time of year, we don't normally have this much rain, wind or storms in such a short period of time and it's currently rated as being worse than the last big one in 1987.
