According to The Shawshank Redemption director Frank Darabont, he wanted to create a TV show on TNT set in 1946 in L.A. He would call it: L.A. Noir. But apparently a company with the cash to back up their threat didn't like that.
Sounds like a cool show though.
Maybe the show can have an ending that doesn't make me feel like I wasted my whole life
it wasn't that bad of an ending
The ending wasn't all that bad, but it didn't make me feel good. [sp]Elsa seemed like a bitch and Phelps's affair was totally against his character.[/sp] I can live with that, but the real crime is [sp]Phelps dying. It would've been better if Kelso sacrificed himself and Phelps came to his funeral and tells the real story of Sugar Loaf and how Kelso was the hero. [/sp]
I didn't have any issues with the plot really, my biggest disappointment was that the [sp]Black Dahlia never decided to cut bodies in half again[/sp]. Investigating the same naked women with all their limbs intact got kind of dull
I couldnt finish the game because it glitched up on me mid way through disk 2 :(
considering its based on the book and the book came out before the game, take two has no right to sue
hell, the book owner shouldve sued take two with this logic
I got the game for my birthday it didn't even work

Hopefully it'll be capable of playing on a PC at a frame rate higher than 20.
Ha. They're renaming it to "Lost Angels". That's a fucking terrible title.

not if L.A. Noire the game is a registered trademark of Take Two and L.A. Noire the book isn't.
