Last time one of these threads were up, I only did it on chatrooms, needless to say I made nothing but I had a lot of fun duping dumbass teenagers and a few pedos. I might try again with craigslist, seems like a much more viable option.

Best proxy is the one I linked, I use it the most. Don't know and if it really varies, it can be $1000's if you're lucky on a extremely good week if you're good, or like $20 if it's slow and you aren't so great.
